Your deck should include (a) a breakdown of the pain point your idea is tackling, (b) a theoritical P&L analysis, and (c) an evidence of speed-to-insight, which is a description of what you have learned about your idea in the past 60 days as a founder.

CROSS-VALIDATION & DISCUSSION

Once we receive your problem-solution deck, we cross-validate it with our market research. Usually, we need 3 weeks. We don’t really believe in pitching nights. They often reward those who just pitch better (we learned that from one of our startup customers), and hence, we will send you three possible meeting dates, so we can discuss your idea together.

VERDICT & PROGRAM SELECTION

If we reach this stage, it means we are into doing business with you. We align for a meeting with our strategic management team to discuss a business proposal that aligns with one of the three pathways mentioned here. If we are good to go, we sign contracts, document our agreement, and onboard our team to kick off our shared efforts.
